Before Lake Norman Fitness I struggled with consistency and changing up my workouts. I would get bored or just not work out for a while. I tried new workouts and had trouble sticking with them. I did some workout classes but I never liked any of them enough to go consistently.
I wasn’t especially skeptical before I joined, I was excited and knew if I didn’t like it I could quit.
I’ve achieved a wider frame/shoulders, more defined abs, and a lower body weight. My upper body has gotten a lot stronger. And I signed with a modeling agency, something I never thought I would do.
The biggest factor in staying consistent was having the standing appointments with Ron and knowing that I’m paying for the sessions.
If someone was on the fence about joining I would tell them if they’re ready to commit it’s absolutely worth it!
