What were your goals when joining LNFS? My goals were to take back my health, get more energy, lose fat and lose weight.  Also, hopefully, get back into running.

 

Besides personal training, what else were you doing to reach your goals?  Along with the training, I’ve incorporated walking of anywhere between 2 and 4 miles, 2 – 3 times per week.  I’ve also been tracking my food and trying to pay more attention to what I eat as well as the portion sizes.

 

What do you think was the biggest factor in reaching your goals?  Definitely the personal training and the work that happens at the gym.  It is the catalyst for all the other things that I’ve done to help reach my goals.

 

What does a typical day of eating look like for you? Usually, I start the day with protein through eggs and maybe some veggies, lunch is a salad with a protein of either chicken, turkey, or tuna and then dinner is a protein and fresh vegetables.  

 

Now that you have met many of your goals, what’s next for you?  Keep going!  For me, I am just getting started and have a lot more work to do.

What advice would you give to someone who is in the same place you were six months ago?  Don’t wait one more day.  It might seem scary or even intimidating, but it’s not.  The team at LKN Fitness Specialist does such a great job of making you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. Invest in yourself, it’s worth it.
