Welcome to Lake Norman Fitness Specialists. I’m Jonathan. I’ve always been curious and passionate about the journey of being in great shape. I earned my National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification while pursuing my degree in exercise and sport science at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I enjoyed three years teaching high school physical education and coaching basketball and football before becoming a full-time personal trainer in 2013. After becoming head trainer and manager at my previous training location, I am thrilled to be pursuing my dream and developing my own personal training business. The clients I work with most are those with needs related to fat loss, strength training and post-rehabilitation training. I thrive on seeing my clients drop inches, gain muscle, and get out of pain.
